Our main client target is corporate business who require medium-term rentals (1-2-month accommodations) for relocations or projects.
In this regard, we have negotiated over 50 contracts with corporate clients and travel agencies that handle corporate travel and we are currently working with some of the top South African corporations! We are proud and honoured to be partnered with companies such as Old Mutual, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Shell, Truworths, Woolworths, Investec, South African Parliament, Amazon, etc.
ITC Hospitality is present on GTA portals which is crucial in business travel to simplify the booking process.
Our marketing strategy is comprehensive and includes advertising on external portals such as Booking.com, Expedia, Travelground to name a few. We partner with industry leaders and join in marketing campaigns to advertise on 3rd party websites.
Our online presence starts with our website and filters through our social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Our monthly newsletters are well received in the industry and we keep our clients and property owners engage with our insightful posts based on our knowledge of Cape Town and the hospitality industry.
